Gurame fish are tilapia. So I’ve been told by a foodie friend. That answers a previous question.
Found a new pan-Asian restaurant in Harrisburg. Had roti canai and beef pendang (?) (the rich curry sauce) for dinner last night. Thought of you. Dad had chicken pattaya. Yum
